Experience
I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelors in Women studies (now Gender Studies). I have always focused on supporting others to do their best work.
My most recent role was a Senior Consultant and Facilitator at The Spark Mill where I spent eight years.
Prior to my tenure at The Spark Mill, I served as the Senior Manager of Member Support at the National Network of Abortion Funds, where I played a key role in tripling the organization's budget and staff.
I've also held roles in program management, clinic operations, and advocacy, all of which have shaped my holistic approach to leadership.
PAST WORK
During my time at The Spark Mill, I had the privilege of working directly with over 100 organizations, including small businesses and higher education institutions.
